Shipping policy

Shipping prices and policies may change on a per-order basis, per-item basis or at any other unspecified time. Shipping rates are subject to change at the full discretion of Esthetic By Estee K without prior notice to. 

All local pick-up order MUST be picked up within 1 week of notification of completion. Any order that remains at the designated pick up location for more than 1 week is subject to incur a $10 per day "holding fee".  Esthetic by estee k is not responsible for any damages to products past the 1 week holding window. Storage location and conditions of orders past the 1 week holding window may vary. 

It is the responsibility of the orderer to arrange timing for pick up. The customer is responsible for timely communication with the pick up location staff for any arrangements, questions or difficulties with the pick up of any order. Any additional arrangements are solely at the discretion of Esthetic By Estee K on a case-by-case basis.
